Beta limits
Current limits to remember while using bananabay in early testing.
bananabay is beta software. It should be tested with real enough workflows to expose problems, but not with data or decisions you cannot afford to verify elsewhere.
Expect change
Features, screens, records, and data shapes may change. Some workflows may be incomplete, reset, unavailable, or removed while the product is being built.
Accuracy limits
Data shown by bananabay can be wrong, incomplete, stale, duplicated, or missing. This applies to food facts, nutrition values, inventory amounts, meal plans, schedule state, task state, weather-related views, and any summary built from those records.
Use limits
Do not use bananabay for:
- emergencies
- medical, nutritional, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions
- decisions where stale or incorrect data would cause harm
- storing sensitive personal or account information
Good beta behavior
- Keep records practical and easy to correct.
- Verify important facts outside the app.
- Report confusing or broken behavior with enough detail to reproduce it.
- Export data from settings when you need a copy.
